Joseph Ward, CFP
Joe Ward has been a leader in the personal and commercial insurance space for over 25 years. Starting his career as regional manager for Sun Insurance Marketing Network, a division of AIG, Joe was instrumental in developing AIG’s long term care division, participating in the growth of their book of business to $65M in premium in just 5 short years.
From there, Joe partnered with a new agency, Professional Insurance Systems of Florida, growing their personal and commercial lines business for over 12 years before being acquired in 2018. In addition to his success in the insurance business, Joe is also a Certified Financial Planner, dually registered with Redwood Private Wealth and Belpointe Asset Management.

With over 50 years of combined experience in the Palm Beaches real estate market, Tom Frankel and Brad Ball have taken the next step in their quest to provide award-winning service to their clients. Michael Ayers

We are proud to announce the hire of one of the area’s top insurance brokers, Michael Ayers. Ayers has taken the position of Executive Vice President of Personal Lines for Ocean One Insurance Agency. The addition of Michael Ayers to our team enhances our presence both locally and throughout Florida.
Ayers is a third generation Palm Beach County resident and will manage operations nationally for Ocean One Insurance’s Personal Lines Division. Following a successful career in the golf industry, with his final role as Head Golf Professional at Jupiter’s Dye Preserve Club, Ayers was drawn to the insurance industry in 2005.
After 14 years with the Celedinas Agency, Ayers maintained executive roles with Bridgepoint Risk Management and Cross Private Client. Ayers has provided risk management solutions for high-net-worth individuals and their businesses for nearly 20 years.
Michael Ayers is an exceptional addition to our team. With his vast knowledge of the insurance industry, attention to detail and gift for personal service, Ayers will be a huge asset to our organization.
Ayers resides in Palm Beach Gardens with his wife Jeni and teenage son Kenny. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his children, fishing, golf and playing the guitar.
