Property There are several factors that go into calculating the premiums for Commercial Building such as age, location and construction properties. The age of your property may limit options for insurers unless there have been updates to the building, so it is important to have inspection reports when requesting a quote. Also, the location to the coastline is another factor we see markets become limited. It is important to determine if a commercial building is Frame, Joisted Masonry, Noncombustible, Masonry Noncombustible, Modified Fire-resistive, or Fire Resistive. Additionally, the types of business that occupies the business will impact the premium.
/Builders Risk We have some great programs for General and Artisan Contractors. Many of the packages we write include Inland Marine, High General Liability Limits and Any-driver Auto. Some of these programs credit for multi-policies. We are also very prompt on getting you Certificates of Liability to the Cities and Counties where you do business.

Liability Health Insurance, voluntary benefits, group benefits can be complicated to understand. There are network restrictions, referrals. Voluntary benefits do your employees understand the benefit. When do paying for a group benefit help the company? We have answers to all of these questions and will come out to the workplace to present the benefits of all.
